LifeBook’s founder on BBC Radio Talking About Loneliness

LifeBook's Roy on BBC Radio

Stephanie Hirst, BBC Radio Leeds, and Roy discuss helping lonely people

Stephanie Hirst, BBC Radio Leeds, recently invited LifeBook’s founder Roy to talk about the importance of helping our older lonely citizens. They also discussed how writing a memoir can help, giving them an interesting project to work on. Roy spoke about how his father Jules was losing his appetite for life and when Roy got him to write his memoir it gave him a reason for living and interacting with friends and relatives. Jules’ memoir Life Is For Living was the start of LifeBook in 2012.
