Ross Parker

LifeBook author Ross Parker holding his private autobiography.

Ross Parker entrusted us with bringing his memoir to life, despite being on the other side of the world from LifeBook Memoirs HQ. Choosing to have his book edited, produced, and printed in the UK was a decision he’s glad he made—one that delivered not just a beautifully crafted memoir but also a seamless experience from start to finish.

Here’s what Ross had to say about his experience with LifeBook Memoirs:

My memoir books arrived this morning, less than three days from dispatch.

I am highly delighted with the outcome, and I must take this opportunity to thank and congratulate the LifeBook Memoirs team. It might seem strange that, living in Australia, I chose to have the editing, production, and printing done in the UK, but I know I made the correct decision. Please pass on my thanks to all members of the team you work with.

I will mention a few features of my LifeBook that have particularly pleased me:

  • The weight of the chosen paper and the size of the print make for very easy reading.
  • The quality of the reproduced photos is excellent.
  • Your forwarding agent is very impressive, both in its communication with the client and in its efficiency and speed of delivery.
  • The cover page with my photo is “spot-on ‘me.’”
  • The packaging into three separate parcels makes for easy handling—especially for an oldie like me!
  • From my first contact with you to final delivery, your service and advice have been first-class.

Needless to say, you have a very happy customer in the Antipodes! Thank you.

Ross’s LifeBook, A Happy Life: My Memoir, was completed in 2025.
